Frequently asked questions

Browsing hackathons and viewing the leaderboard is open to everyone. To register a team or submit a project you'll need a free participant account — just sign up with your email.
Log in, open a published hackathon, and click "Register". Add your team name, leader details, members, and any custom fields the organizer set up. You can register once per hackathon, and your registration locks after submitting.
Yes. After you register, an organizer reviews and approves your team. Project submission unlocks once your registration is approved (and payment is confirmed, if required).
Submissions are organized by round. Each round lists exactly what's required — e.g. a GitHub link, slide deck, demo video, or report — with its own deadline. Save a draft anytime, then submit before the deadline; submissions lock once finalized.
Once judging is complete, organizers publish round-wise and final results to the public Leaderboard, with medals for the top three teams.
Yes. You'll get in-app notifications (and email, if you opt in) for approvals, payments, deadline reminders, and results. Track everything from your dashboard and per-hackathon workspace.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. We'll email you a secure, single-use reset link so you can set a new password.
